Requirements for the Web Developer position:

Responsibilities and tasks of the Web Developer include:
- Consulting with clients to develop and document website requirements
- Preparing mock-ups and storyboards
- Developing website architecture and determining hardware and software requirements
- Sourcing, selecting, and organizing information for inclusion and designing the appearance, layout, and flow of the website
- Creating and optimizing content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software
- Researching and evaluating a variety of interactive media software products
- Conducting tests and performing security and quality controls
- Planning, designing, writing, modifying, integrating, and testing web-related code
- Identifying and communicating technical problems, processes, and solutions
- Preparing reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
- Assisting in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements
- Assisting in the development of logical and physical specifications
- Maintaining existing computer programs by making modifications as required
- Writing, modifying, integrating, and testing software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications
