Overview:
Shin Pangaea Enterprises Inc is currently hiring Sushi Chefs to join their team in Vernon, BC. This is a full-time permanent position with a weekly workload of 30 to 40 hours. The Sushi Chefs will be responsible for creating new recipes, supervising cooks and other kitchen staff, preparing and cooking meals or specialty foods, and requisitioning food and kitchen supplies. Additionally, the Sushi Chefs will be responsible for training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Languages:
Fluency in English is required.
Education and Experience:
The candidate should possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Work Setting:
The work setting for this position is a restaurant.
