Overview:
West-Edge Logistics Inc., located in Edmonton, AB, is currently seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time position with permanent employment, and the working hours will be 35 hours per week. The hourly wage for this role is $24.00. As a Sales Supervisor, your responsibilities will include assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, authorizing return of merchandise, establishing work schedules, and supervising and co-ordinating activities of workers.
Responsibilities:
Your tasks as a Sales Supervisor may include:
- Assigning sales workers to duties.
- Hiring and training or arranging for training of staff.
- Ordering merchandise.
- Authorizing return of merchandise.
- Establishing work schedules.
- Selling merchandise.
- Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory.
- Resolving problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Supervising and co-ordinating activities of workers.
Experience:
You should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or supervisory role.
