The successful candidate should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. They should also have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of Gujarati is considered an asset for this position.
Responsibilities:
As a Retail Store Supervisor, your tasks will include:
- Hiring and training or arranging training for staff
- Establishing work schedules
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Resolving problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers
Supervision:
The Retail Store Supervisor will be supervising 3-4 people.
