Job Description:
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the retail store. Your duties will include assigning tasks to sales workers, training staff, authorizing payments and returns, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, preparing reports, managing inventory, resolving problems, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of approximately 3-4 employees.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
