Job Description:
Empire Ventures Food Corp is looking for Restaurant Supervisors to join our team in Midland, ON. As a Restaurant Supervisor, your responsibilities will include establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and co-ordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies, hiring food service staff, ensuring food service and quality control, preparing budget and cost estimates, addressing customers’ complaints or concerns, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports, supervising and checking assembly of trays, supervising and checking delivery of food trolleys, and establishing work schedules.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a cafeteria, food service establishment, on-site customer service, or restaurant setting is preferred.
