Overview:
Quan Ngon Vietnamese Restaurant is seeking Restaurant Managers to join their team in Regina, SK. This is a full-time permanent position with a flexible work schedule, including day, evening, night, weekend, and overtime shifts. The specific start date is to be determined. Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Managing staff and schedules
- Ensuring food quality and safety
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies
- Implementing and maintaining restaurant policies and procedures
- Handling financial transactions and reporting
Credentials:
The following certifications are required for this position:
- Safe Food Handling certificate
Experience and Specialization:
- Experience in the restaurant industry is an asset
- Specialization in Vietnamese cuisine is required
