Job Description:
Brunes Investments Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Rockland, ON. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will oversee day-to-day activities, maintain a fast-paced environment, and handle tight deadlines. The role requires efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, client focus, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people
- Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain a fast-paced environment
- Handle tight deadlines and large workloads
- Combine sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Provide excellent customer service and client focus
- Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Be flexible and organized to manage restaurant operations effectively
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year is required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
