Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Twenty Two Taphouse in Sechelt, BC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations of the restaurant. You will determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, setting staff work schedules, monitoring staff performance, addressing customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service, and recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
