Job Description:
Empire Ventures Food Corp is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team in Midland, ON. As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. You will determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, develop, implement and analyze budgets, participate in marketing plans and implementation, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience and specialization in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, MS Word, and Point of sale system is preferred.
