Job Overview:
Amari Enterprises Ltd, doing business as Gian’s Express, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team in Abbotsford, BC. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
The Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations.
- Determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Setting staff work schedules and monitoring staff performance.
- Addressing customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management is preferred.
