Overview:
Ghag Brothers Food Ltd. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join their team in Gibsons, BC. The position offers a salary of $27.50 per hour, with 30 hours of work per week. The successful candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and possess 1 to less than 7 months of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, your tasks will include:
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
- Monitoring revenues and adjusting procedures and prices as needed
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Setting staff work schedules and monitoring staff performance
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
Supervision:
You will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people.
