Overview:
1659233 ONTARIO LTD – CANADA HERB is seeking Produce Shippers to join their team in Etobicoke, ON. The employer is willing to train suitable candidates for this position.

Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
2. Maintain an internal record-keeping system for tracking inventory.
3. Record any shortages and reject damaged goods as necessary.
4. Pack goods to be shipped, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
5. Unpack goods received and organize them in the warehouse.
6. Operate equipment and machinery such as dollies, hand trucks, industrial lift trucks, fork-lifts, and pallet lifters.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
The job involves the following conditions and physical demands:

1. Working under pressure to meet deadlines.
2. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inspecting and packing goods.
3. Engaging in repetitive tasks.
4. Handling heavy loads and physically demanding activities like bending, crouching, and kneeling.
5. Overtime may be required due to a large workload and tight deadlines.
6. Weight handling of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
