Overview:
Pizza Studio in Kingston, ON, is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join their team. This is a full-time position with permanent employment. The Pizza Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. They will plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies, inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, clean the kitchen and work areas, and manage kitchen operations.
Languages:
Fluency in English is required.
Education and Experience:
Candidates should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Additional Skills and Experience:
Experience in pizza preparation and cooking is preferred.
