Kay & Kate Inc. is currently hiring an Office Services Coordinator for their location in Brampton, ON. This is a full-time permanent position with a weekly workload of 32 to 40 hours. The Office Services Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Additionally, they will coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. The Office Services Coordinator will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Fluency in English is required.

Education and Experience:
Candidates should have a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years and 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
