Job Description:

Are you an organized and reliable individual with a secondary school graduation certificate and some administrative experience? We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator at Caramex Logistics Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our office’s smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting all deadlines.
  • Coordinate and plan various office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and create periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Perform data entry efficiently and accurately.

Experience and Specialization:

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in using electronic mail and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
