Job Description:
Urban Tactical Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As a Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Lead a team of marketing professionals
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide creative direction for advertising and promotional materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years or more of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and other relevant tools
