Job Overview:
Sinoman Music Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Markham, ON. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing marketing support and coordinating various promotional activities and events.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
The Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
- Answering written and oral inquiries from clients.
- Assisting in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinating special publicity events and promotions.
- Developing and organizing workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies and programs.
- Gathering, researching, and preparing communications material.
- Preparing and/or delivering educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
- Preparing or overseeing the preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, website content, and press releases.
Experience and Specialization:
- The ideal candidate should have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word is required.
