JIE ENERGY DECORATION LTD. is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Halifax, NS. This is a full-time permanent position with a weekly schedule of 40 hours. The start date is to be determined. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for various marketing-related tasks, including communication strategies, public relations, promotional events, and conducting research on marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Act as spokesperson for the organization
- Answer written and oral inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
- Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
- Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content, and press releases
- Plan development projects
- Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
- Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess the development of potential and future trends
- Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, or articles
- Conduct analytical marketing studies
- Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Develop marketing strategies
- Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions
- Develop a portfolio of marketing materials
