Job Description:
Elite Landscape Services LTD is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Landscaping Supervisors in Rocky View, AB. As a landscaping supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various landscaping projects. Your duties will include hiring and supervising staff, planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing and directing construction projects, and maintaining work records and logs.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff for landscaping projects.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities such as mowing, planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
- Organize and direct the construction of fences, decks, and walls.
- Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work.
- Estimate labor and materials required for landscaping projects.
- Maintain work records and logs for efficient project management.
- Tender and administer contracts for landscaping services.
- Establish work schedules and procedures for landscaping activities.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies needed for projects.
- Resolve work-related problems that may arise during landscaping projects.
