Job Description:

Twenty Two Taphouse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team in Sechelt, BC. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies, ensuring food service and quality control, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. You will also supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure food service and quality control.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
