Job Description:
Ku’s Family Restaurant is seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team in Thorsby, AB. As a Kitchen Helper, your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and surfaces, removing kitchen garbage and trash, washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Willingness to train – no previous experience required.
Transportation/Travel Information:
- Own transportation is required.
- Public transportation is not available in the area.
