Job Description:
Twenty Two Taphouse is currently hiring Kitchen Helpers to join our dedicated team in Sechelt, BC. As a Kitchen Helper, your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. You will also be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies, removing kitchen garbage and trash, and assisting with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
