Job Description:
Vanbo Glass Industries Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Instrument Technician to join our team in Surrey, BC. As an Industrial Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing the operation of instruments and systems, repairing and adjusting system components, completing test and maintenance reports, removing and replacing defective parts, calibrating components and instruments, logically troubleshooting issues, determining testing and maintenance procedures, installing new measuring instruments, performing scheduled preventive maintenance work, and reading and interpreting blueprints.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test the operation of instruments and systems.
- Repair and adjust system components.
- Complete test and maintenance reports.
- Remove and replace defective parts.
- Calibrate components and instruments.
- Utilize a logical approach for troubleshooting.
- Determine testing and maintenance procedures.
- Install new measuring instruments.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
