Overview:
Nishan Minhas is looking for a Housekeeper to work in their home in Woodbridge, Ontario. The Housekeeper will be responsible for assuming full responsibility for the household in the absence of the householder and performing various housekeeping and cleaning duties. Tasks include laundering clothing and household linens, performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shopping for food and household supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
Requirements:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Experience in housekeeping is an asset.
- Experience: Experience in housekeeping is considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the householder
- Launder clothing and household linens
- Mend clothing and linens
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Shop for food and household supplies
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Dust furniture
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Make beds and change sheets
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
