Overview:
Iam Mikaela T Ligacion is seeking a Home Child Care Provider to work in their home in North York, Ontario. The Home Child Care Provider will be responsible for assuming full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents and caring for infants and children. The tasks include bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children, maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home, preparing and serving nutritious meals, and supervising and caring for children.
Requirements:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Experience in child care is an asset.
- Experience: Experience in child care is considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for household in the absence of parents
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods
- Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas, and change diapers for infants
- Supervise and care for children
- Take children to and from school and to appointments
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children
