Job Description:
Umbrella IT Services Corp. is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. Your main tasks will involve resolving software, hardware, and network issues, as well as assisting users with their technical inquiries.
Requirements:
Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
Credentials:
- Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses required:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- CompTIA Security+ Certification.
