Job Description:
Clean Corp Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking experienced Head Janitors to join our team in Langley, BC. As a Head Janitor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of cleaning staff, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met, and establishing work schedules. You will also be assisting cleaners in performing their duties and coordinating work activities with other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties.
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules for the cleaning staff.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- The job may involve a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Repetitive tasks and physical demands are expected, including a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

- Dependable, flexible, and proactive with good judgment and initiative.
