Job Description:
Evershine Beauty Spa INC is seeking an experienced and motivated Hairstyling Salon Manager to lead our salon operations. If you have a passion for the beauty industry and strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily salon operations.
Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
