Overview:
The North West Company LP is seeking Grocery Clerks to join their team in Shamattawa, MB. As a Grocery Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the store’s grocery department operates smoothly. This is a permanent full-time position with health benefits, financial benefits, and long-term benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery
- Obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom
- Order stock and record incoming stock
- Keep stock clean and in order
- Price items using stamps or stickers according to the price list
- Perform general cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors
- Operate cash register
- Assist with order picking
- Provide excellent customer service
