Job Description:
Quantum Transline Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations in the goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction sectors. If you have a proven track record in managing complex organizations and driving business growth, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization or delegate representatives to negotiate or participate in official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimal working conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
