Overview:
Osmow’s Markham is currently seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join their team in Markham, ON. This is a full-time position with a salary of $17.00 per hour. The successful candidate should have a College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience and must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
As a Food Service Supervisor, your tasks may include:
- Supervising and co-ordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies
- Ensuring food service and quality control standards are met
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Preparing and submitting reports
- Supervising and checking the delivery of food trolleys
Supervision:
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people.
