Overview:
Bourbon St Grill is currently hiring for the position of Food Service Supervisor at their location in Tsawwassen, BC. They are looking for candidates with a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules in the food service area.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures in the food service area.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food preparation.
- Ensure food service and quality control standards are met.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage in the food service area.
- Prepare and submit reports related to food service operations.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
