Overview:
EDO JAPAN RESTAURANT is hiring Food Counter Attendants to join their team in Sylvan Lake, AB. This is a full-time permanent position with a weekly schedule of 35 to 40 hours. The start date is to be determined. As a Food Counter Attendant, your responsibilities will include taking customers’ orders, serving customers at counters or buffet tables, preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, packaging take-out food, and stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
Responsibilities:
As a Food Counter Attendant, your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Keeping records of the quantities of food used
- Packaging take-out food
- Portioning and wrapping foods
- Preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items
- Serving customers at counters or buffet tables
- Stocking refrigerators and salad bars
- Taking customers’ orders

- Equipment and machinery experience: Electronic cash register
