Work Site Environment:
The work will be conducted outdoors on the farm.
Responsibilities:
As a Farm Labourer – Harvesting, your primary tasks will include:
- Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides to crops
- Harvesting crops when they are ready
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
The role involves repetitive tasks and is physically demanding. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
