Overview:
Himmat Logistics Inc. is currently seeking a Dispatcher for their trucks in Winnipeg, MB. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching truck drivers and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. Other tasks include maintaining work records and logs, monitoring personnel workloads and locations, providing customer service, handling emergency situations, and operating computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train. Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations, will be an asset.
