Job Overview:
Polar Home Fashions Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join their team in Markham, ON. The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of customer service representatives, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment, and maintaining efficient customer service procedures.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
The Customer Service Representative Supervisor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work of customer service representatives.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.
- Establishing work schedules and procedures and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
- Examining and verifying the accuracy of work and authorizing routine deposits and withdrawals.
- Identifying training needs and providing training to workers in job duties and company policies.
- Requisitioning materials and supplies for the customer service department.
- Resolving work-related problems and preparing and submitting progress and other reports.
