715 Motor Haus Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager for our automobile business in Vancouver. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and plan budgets to monitor revenues and expenses.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations.
- Analyze market research to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Select and procure merchandise for resale in the automobile industry.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages effectively.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer demand.
