Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time

Galaxy Freightline Inc. is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants in Mississauga, ON. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Access and process information accurately to assist customers effectively.
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Answer inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Arrange billing for services provided and process refunds and credits when necessary.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered by the company.
  • Issue receipts and maintain relevant records and statistics.
  • Order office supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
  • Perform general office duties to support the customer service department.
  • Receive and log complaints, as well as credit and employment applications.
  • Receive payments and process sales of merchandise.

Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of customer service experience.
