Overview:
SINGH EXCAVATING BC LTD. is seeking Construction Helpers to join their team in Surrey, BC. This is a full-time position with permanent employment. As a Construction Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to support construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Your tasks as a Construction Helper may include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
- Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials
- Assisting heavy equipment operators
- Assisting in demolishing buildings
- Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
- Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
- Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Fast-paced environment

- Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
