Overview:
Viernes Janitorial Services is hiring Cleaners for various settings, including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, private residences, and educational institutions. The role involves performing various cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the designated areas. Cleaners will be responsible for tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and handling lost and found items. The position offers flexible hours, and candidates with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience are preferred.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Dust furniture.
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Make beds and change sheets.
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Clean and disinfect elevators.
- Handle and report lost and found items.
- Provide basic information on facilities.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
- Clean changing rooms and showers.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The job may involve a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding activities. It may also require attention to detail and involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
