Job Description:
A & Sons Corporation is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cashiers at our Dryden, ON location. If you have a passion for customer service and want to work in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle various forms of payment, including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
- Scan items and calculate the total payment for goods or services.
- Receive payment from customers and provide change when necessary.
- Reconcile daily/shift payments received with total sales.
- Engage in suggestive selling to enhance customer experience.
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
Personal Suitability:
- Accurate in handling transactions and providing change.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
