ANDY GILL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION is looking for a Business General Manager to join their team in Edmonton, AB. The manager will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establishing financial and administrative controls.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
The Business General Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and overseeing overall human resources planning.
- Setting objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs to achieve these goals.
- Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Personal Suitability:
- Efficient interpersonal skills and organizational abilities are crucial for this role.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
