Taxxlution Accounting Professionals Ltd. in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Business General Manager to join their team. The General Manager will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. They will also coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments and establish financial and administrative controls. Additionally, the General Manager will formulate and approve promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning. They will set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions may also be part of their responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
The Business General Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establishing financial and administrative controls and formulating and approving promotional campaigns.
- Approving overall human resources planning.
- Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs.
- Representing the organization, or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.

Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
