Overview:
2346561 ALBERTA LTD is seeking a Brewery Supervisor to join their team in Sylvan Lake, AB. This is a full-time permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The employment is expected to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
As a Brewery Supervisor, your tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Training staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Recommending personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Preparing production and other reports
- Recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervising, co-ordinating, and scheduling (and possibly reviewing) activities of workers
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinating work activities with other work units
- Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
