Job Description:

Keel Brands Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Hartford, NB. If you have experience in the restaurant industry, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Implement operational procedures and ensure their execution.
  • Manage inventory, balance cash, and complete relevant forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide staff training.
  • Monitor revenues, adjust procedures and prices, and contribute to marketing plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Set staff work schedules, monitor performance, and address customer concerns.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant program.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Credentials:

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
