Job Description:
Keel Brands Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Hartford, NB. If you have experience in the restaurant industry, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Implement operational procedures and ensure their execution.
- Manage inventory, balance cash, and complete relevant forms.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide staff training.
- Monitor revenues, adjust procedures and prices, and contribute to marketing plans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Set staff work schedules, monitor performance, and address customer concerns.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant program.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Credentials:
- First Aid Certificate
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
