2795970 Ontario Inc. is seeking an Accounting Bookkeeper for their location in Brampton, ON. The position involves various bookkeeping tasks such as calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, posting journal entries, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts. The candidate should have a College/CEGEP degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities (Tasks):

  1. Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  2. Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  3. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  4. Post journal entries.
  5. Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  6. Prepare trial balance of books.
  7. Reconcile accounts.
