Responsibilities:
NEXUS IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS is seeking Administrative Assistants to join their team in Dartmouth, NS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including scheduling and confirming appointments, answering electronic enquiries, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, opening and distributing incoming mail, performing data entry, providing customer service, and assisting in the planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating of daily operations.
Tasks:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
