Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, and control daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures accordingly.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately.
- Conduct performance reviews for staff members to ensure their growth and development.
- Cost products and services to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring proper stock levels for smooth operations.
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices when necessary to enhance business performance.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prioritize the well-being of both customers and staff.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to cater to their specific needs.
- Develop, implement, and analyze budgets to effectively manage financial resources.
- Participate in marketing plans and their implementation to attract and retain customers.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance to maintain a cohesive team.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance overall dining experiences.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to create a skilled and efficient team.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure food quality and service excellence.
Supervision:
- 16-20 people
Experience and Specialization:
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- Proficiency in electronic cash registers, MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Windows, and point of sale systems.
