Overview:
FIT NUTRITION INC is seeking a Sales Supervisor – Retail to join their team in New Westminster, BC. The ideal candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and possess 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Assign sales workers to duties and coordinate their activities.
2. Hire and train staff or arrange training for the sales team.
3. Authorize payments by cheque as needed.
4. Order merchandise for the retail store.
5. Authorize the return of merchandise according to company policies.
6. Establish work schedules for the retail staff.
7. Sell merchandise to customers and provide excellent customer service.
8. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
9. Organize and maintain inventory in the store.
10. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
11. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers in the retail store.
